Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it. Since all of our products are handmade, please allow 1-3 business days for production. After production, your order will be shipped based on the shipping method you chose.
Shipping Time:
United States: After production shipping will take 7-14 business days for delivery.
International Orders: For customers outside the United States shipping wil take approximately 7-21 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Options and Fees: We offer two shipping methods to choose from:
Standard Shipping (4.95) :
This is our economical shipping option, available for both domestic and international orders. Delivery times range from 7-14 days for U.S. costumers and 7-21 days for international customers.
Expedited shipping with guarantee (9.95) :
For faster and more secure delivery, choose this option. We guarantee that your package will reach you, or we will replace or refund your order if it is lost, damaged, or broken during the shipping process. Delivery times are the same as standard shipping, but with the added assurance of secure handling.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use the number to track the status of your shipment.
Shipping Delays: Please note that shipping times are estimates, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs processing, or high demand may effect delivery. we do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at 68chevy.bs@gmail.com as soon as possible. For orders with Expedited Shipping with Guarantee, we will provide a full replacement or refund in case of damage or loss. For standard shipping we will work with you to resolve the issue, but please note we cannot offer compensation for lost or damaged items under this option.
